Description
Selling my Lotus Elise S1 after it was crashed into. It's Category B write off - structurally unsound and not allowed back on the road. I've been advised it has a crack in the chassis.
The good bits - the Rover K-series engine was still running and sounding fine after the crash. I stopped it 30 seconds later. The head gasket had just been replaced a few weeks earlier. Cylinders skimmed, new timing belt, drive belt and coolant pump.
Modifications - Air induction kit, carbon fibre scoops, short-shift changer, Sport 160 Victory alloys, aluminium knobs.
Parts I’ve removed - Remote thermostat and some coolant pipes, battery, washer pump, stereo
