Sold new to a British officer serving in Rhodesia and brought back to the UK in the 2000’s. Purchased by me in 2011 when the registration number was 8272 DU, now with my father’s private number (for sale separately or will reverent to 8272 DU). Ground-up restored in 2015: bare metal respray, new dashboard, engine rebuilt, new 5 speed gearbox, new power assisted steering, isofix points to rear seats. One small chip in the paintwork behind drivers side rear wheel. Spare spats. Drives very nicely. Bought it for my late father who owned one in the 1960’s. He sadly passed and I prefer my 2000 xk8!
