Due to 2 very recent Family bereavements, I am selling 3 of my Saabs, that I have not got the time, enthusiasm or energy to use and enjoy. They will be going to Auction probably in June unless someone is genuinely interested and doesn’t want to just come and test drive – all 3 are currently in storage. All advertised separately.

143, 000 miles last MOT to 31/ 03/ 2023
Has had Abbott work done many years ago and is believed to be running approx. 270bhp
2021/ 2022 it has just had a lot of restoration work running into many thousands of pounds, (pics to prove) most of which listed below. And a respray to any chipped, scratched or of colour areas.
As far as I know it is all original panels, original engine and gearbox, and was original paintwork.
It is now IMMACULATE inside and outside, and runs lovely, and fully lanoguarded underneath.
Everything works as it should (except fuel gauge – but the trip computer does show miles to empty).
NOTE - No Service History (as this was unfortunately lost - there was a massive file that I passed to the previous owner in 2011) – I have knowledge of the car since 1997, so I know it has been well looked after) – but I received No History when I purchased it back for 2nd time in 2022.

Extremely Rare Super Aero alloys – been Diamond cut and Refurbished
With 4 x New Toyo Proxes tyres (Wheels dry stored separately, with car currently on a set of storage Wheels)
New Cylinder head gasket
Cylinder head skimmed
New valve stem seals
The car starts instantly and quietly and there is no smoke at all-the bores showed no wear at all.
Headlights newly silvered
New rear o/ s Brake caliper
New Brake discs and pads front and rear
All the rear suspension was stripped,
New Springs, ,
New Shock absorbers
all the bars powder coated - all the bolts replaced
New rack gaiters
New drop links and rear anti roll bar bushes
New battery
Various pipes/ hoses/ clips replaced.
Paint to rear quarters, bonnet, bumpers, front wings, roof, wheel arch spats, rear spoiler, wing mirrors and other areas
Wheels Refurbished to OEM spec – probably worth around £2500 on their own.
New DI ignition coil (Genuine Saab OEM)
Service – Oil/ filter/ spark plugs
Underneath car has been cleaned, painted then undersealed with Lanoguard. (see pics) – there has never been any rust areas/ welding required.

Interior Leather Seats and door cards, cleaned, nourished and dyed.

Approx. 2004/ 2005 ( 110k miles) - Gearbox rebuild; New Clutch; Timing Chain replaced. Front Strut Brace fitted.
Only changes from standard are the later Aero Wing back leather seats, Strut brace, Forge BO valve, and Stereo (I do not have original parts).
Car is currently and has been in heated storage for 2 years – was driven there and ran beautifully – so ideally would benefit from a quick service and checkover, as odd other thing may not work (but it is 34 years old and all the hard work has been done)
