I imported this 3. 8 Manual from S Africa in 2020 as all the UK cars I looked at were either rust buckets or had been welded in many places. Panels did not fit properly or had horrid new interiors ! This car has never been welded and never been rusty . It still retains the brackets that the rear wheel spats locate into . I have spent over £12, 000 on New braking system including Servo, wheel cylinders discs . New hubs , New chrome wires and tyres . New alternator/ dyno . Carb kits . water pump . New wiper motor. The original red leather sets are superb . New door cards and carpets . New seat belts . New door rubbers . Re furbished dash board . The engine is sweet with great oil pressure . Recent new shock absorbers New battery . A great user car at a very sensible price . I may consider an open classic in exchange with cash either way. The car is built 1960 but for some reason the DVLA have given it a 1967 registration number . A good original un molested car Forgot to say with working overdrive
