Sadly selling on my stunning XR3i
It’s rust free and still has all its original panels and zero welding ,
The car came from South Africa hence the condition,
Mechanically it’s had many new parts like , timing belt , starter , battery , fuel tank & pump , gaskets , stem seals , exhaust , steering rack etc etc .
Although I think it’s now tax & mot exempt as it was registered January 40 years ago , I’ve had it motd just to insure its road worthiness .
It drives really well with no smoke , rattles or creaks etc ,
Drove it a round trip of a hundred miles to a car show on Sunday with no issues after being dry stored all winter.
The interior is also amazing with brand new carpet and unmarked seats .
The only things I would highlight is the radio needs connected , but there is a more modern one in the boot that just plugs in and works , but I prefer the original , and love sound of engine anyway ,
And it could do with a wee tune up as it idles a bit fast but will hopefully have this done by sale time , just trying to get slot with krypton car tuning clinic ,
We bit bubbling on dash .
This really is a ready to go classic car that certainly turns heads especially in this rare colour .
