1979 Yamaha XS1100 11038mls (documented) in overall very good condition. Registered Historic.
Last of the '70's muscle bikes .
Bought last year to ride and restore and found that it only required the seat to be recovered.( see photos)
Since the photos were taken I have covered only 345mls
Due to illness I can no longer ride.
The tank has some very slight marking to the top but is very clean internaly.
I have had it Mot'd (although it is not required) in March.
All systems work including auto stop indicators and fuel gauge.
It has the original tool kit and kickstart lever.
Seat has been recovered by Autoretrim, West midlands (see photos)
I have manuals and original handbook. Also some spares.
Rides very well with smooth gear change. In rideaway condition.

It is at ease with modern traffic as it is powerful (95hp) , tractable and has serious stopping power.
Note that there are only 17 of these bikes shown to have MOT's.
