Reluctant sale of my 1996 Rover mini sprite 1275 fuel injected 4 speed manual,
In my possession for almost 2 years now having been in dry storage for 10 years prior to that, in that time I’ve spent an awful lot slowly recommissioning it, too many parts to list be these include clutch, full service, new vacuum hoses, new battery and a lot more. It’s a very solid and orignal car with its fluted sills and no evidence of any previous panel or paintwork, only 37, 000 miles from new the interior is really good overall, some paint wear to the roof and a dent on the boot lid but overall it’s not bad considering the age and originality, sadly I’ve run out of time and money as I’m about to purchase a property and can’t commit to this anymore, from what I can see it will need a driver side sill, possibly a new door skin and there is a rattling noise when put into gear, could be something to do with having a new clutch, fuel gauge is not working and a few other small jobs to finish therefore I’m selling as spares or repairs, it’s very nearly finished now, rotten shells are selling for around 2500 so this is very fair considering, done it will be a 6-7k car so very well worth putting the effort in to do in off, runs and drives fine but please do not expect to come and test drive the car, viewings more than welcome but I simply do not have the time to waste so only contact me if you are genuinely interested in buying, NO OFFERS
