Totally rust free bodywork.
Leather seats with pinstripe door cards.
Electric heated seats.
Rare Nautic Blue.
S2 alloys.
Copious amount of history going back 37 years.
Work carried out in the past 1000 miles:
Full service.
Replaced timing and balance belts and pulleys.
Replaced clutch slave cylinder.
New front and rear discs and pads.
Refurbished brake callipers.
New fuel hoses, inlet manifold seals and exhaust mountings.
New rocker cover gasket and oil change (last month).
Known issues:
Odometer/ trip counter has recently stopped working.
Fuel gauge sticking (low fuel warning still operational). Increasingly rare 'S' model. This has been my car on two occasions over the years. First from 1994 to 2000 and then again since 2018. Reluctant sale, but sadly due to getting older I am just not using it (around 1200 miles in the past 5 years).
It is in my opinion an excellent example of the marc. Drives and handle really well. All electrics working (pop up lights, sunroof, rear tailgate, windows, heated seats etc. Not concours as needs tidying in a few area. Video pointing out cosmetic areas available on request.
