Subaru Brat 1988 with 12 months MOT. This is a rare pick up with ( according to Google) only 4 left on the road in the UK and 9 Sorn. We have known this Pick up for 30 years as a friends car but only owned it ourselves for a couple of years.
We have a new tonneau cover in red which makes the pick up look stunning, the whole bed is Chequer plated ( its solid underneath) but we also have an Ifor Williams alloy top and a fibre glass top as well. You can take them if you want them.
It is in daily use, looks fantastic and drives very well. Having done over 300, 000 miles it is not perfect but certainly reliable, able to go anywhere and get lots of attention. So may people either owned one "back in the day" or wanted one. Sadly many died of Rust. Fortunately the owner of this one kept it well oiled and undersealed as have we.
We have a spare engine and gearbox from a 67, 000 mile pick, also a crate load of spares from that plus that cars shell on wheels. Again you can take what you want.
Reason for sale is we have to many Classic cars all of which need storing , insuring and several of which still need Taxing, we don't drive them enough to justify keeping them all.
