Description

A FABULOUS MGB ROADSTER. ONLY 7, 200 MILES. CHROME BUMPERS.

A REALLY GOOD MGB ROADSTER IN STUNNING CONDITION. ONE OF THE BEST OF IT'S KIND, WHICH NEEDS TO BE SEEN TO FULLY APPRECIATE. WELCOME FOR ANY INSPECTION OR TEST.

The photos show the true picture of the condition of my car which presents and drives beautifully with incredibly good original bodywork, strong performance and safe handling.

I believe the low mileage to be accurate. The MOT history, overall lack of wear and evident originality bear this out. There is a signed Mileage Declaration Form. The bodywork, interior, boot, engine bay, structure and floors are excellent. Seats, carpets, hood frame and hood are showing hardly any wear. All of which indicate very, very little use.

"Ziebart" rust protected from new, the underlying condition of the body and underside appear exceptional and all the panels seem to be original. The car is structurally solid with no visible rust on the bodywork, chassis, floors and boot. The engine bay and boot are in amazing condition.

I have had the car professionally bare-metal re-sprayed to a high standard, simply in order to refresh the paintwork to ‘as new’ condition. None of the panels needed to be replaced. No welding was needed.

The paintwork finish and overall presentation of the car can only be described as beautiful. The interior, too, is exceptional.

A recent service, carburettor tune, ignition set up and a new propshaft universal joint was fitted. Brakes, steering and suspension have been thoroughly checked as was the wiring to ensure she runs correctly and reliably. The car has been properly maintained in my hands and seems to have been with previous owners.

My car drives and handles in such an assured manner you could take it on any journey with confidence. There are no rattles, clonks or other untoward noises. All the switches and gauges work as they should.

Apart from originality and immaculate appearance; other desirable features include:
• Overdrive on 3rd and 4th gears
• Servo brakes
• Stainless steel exhaust
• Electric screen washers
• Reclining seats
• Inertia automatic seat belts
• “Ziebart” anti-rust protected (recognised as the best in period)
• Full tonneau cover, converting to half tonneau and hood cover
• Oil cooler
• Alternator
• Single 12v battery
• Runs on unleaded fuel
• Low mileage
• Sound deadening under-floor felt

There’s also a boot carpet set which is yet to be fitted, so you can see the pristine boot area. The tonneau cover adapts in seconds from full cover to half tonneau and hood cover. The matching Continental tyres (including spare) are hardly worn with plenty of tread.

My car presents a great opportunity to own a well-sorted, original, MGB in quite exceptional condition with a very low mileage. She has been utterly reliable and great to drive. I'm sure she'll be a source of pride and fun for her next owner; hopefully a good potential investment too.

You really do need to view this car to see how good it is. I'll answer any questions openly and welcome any viewing, test drive or inspection; so please call me.

I am open to sensible offers.
