Fully restored to near concours condition, summer show ready.
A 1966 Mk1 Cooper S in Old English White with Black Roof and Red/ Gold Brocade interior, this car was professionally restored over a number of years using original or new old stock parts wherever possible.
Totally correct in every detail with all correct part numbers and matching engine and chassis numbers.
Heritage certificate confirms the original colour and factory extras such as twin fuel tanks and fresh air heater.
Built in 1966 and shipped out to a BMC dealer in San Francisco where it spent time before relocating to New York then Switzerland, returning to the UK in 2010 before undergoing a long and painstaking restoration completed in 2022.
Huge file of documents and photos of the restoration along with fully documented history of the car.
Reluctant sale, I just don't have the time to be able to use this lovely car as much as I should, hopefully it will go to an owner who will cherish and use it regularly.
