Front suspension fully overhauled: bushings, reinforced track control arms, suspension cones, Kayaba shock absorbers, ball joints and geometry.
Steering renewed: steering box, ball joints, gaiters.
Rear braking overhauled: wheel cylinders new, drums cleaned/ rebedded, complete bleed.
Clutch reliability improved: master cylinder, slave cylinder, shafts and levers replaced, new hose.
Engine: valve clearance adjustment, new oil pressure sensor, gaskets replaced.
RC40 exhaust line
Yokohama A539 tyres mounted & balanced.
Front bodywork restored and repainted (front left wing, bumper, headlights, grille elements).
