1973 Mimosa Yellow 2. 5 PI TR6
This car is fresh out of a body off nut and bolt restoration (photos available) and has done 2600 miles since coming back on the road in 2024.
It is finished to a very high specification which includes
Rebuilt engine to 150 BHP spec; Stage 2 Burgess head and Newman cam with a lightened flywheel.
Gearbox rebuilt by Peter Cox Engineering.
The Chassis has been repaired and overhauled including repairs to the Tee shirt section and the rear chassis legs have been replaced.
Completely rebuilt/ renewed PI system tuned by TR Revington.
TR Revington Targa suspension.
The car comes complete with a factory hardtop and the hood frame and has been fitted with retro styled MX5 seats. The original Triumph seats are included in the price if required. The interior of the car has been completely renewed including dashboard, door cards, carpets etc.
This TR6 has been set up to compete in Historic Road Rallying and has a roll cage fitted but would be equally at home as a tourer/ weekend car. It has found success in road rallying achieving two Podiums on the HERO Challenge series in 2024 and an HRCR Interclub podium on the Tour of Cheshire in 2025.

New electrical loom, Hella 3000 Spot lights, Stainless bumpers, Phoenix sports exhaust and tubular manifold, aluminium 55litre fuel tank, Revotec fan, wheel arch protectors.
A TR Revington valuation and condition report from 2024 is available and any inspection is welcome. There are not many TR6's that have been rebuilt to this high standard and presented with this level of specification. The car is very comfortable to drive and the engine is strong and accelerates rapidly aided by the lightened flywheel and Newman Cam. The Targa suspension provides with very predictable handling, both whilst touring and competing. A great car that unfortunately we have to move on due to lack of space.
