Alfa Romeo GT 1600 Junior 1974
Original car without modifications sold new in Sweden with a full history going back all the way to when it was first sold as new here in Sweden in March 1974. Matching numbers AR00536 engine including the correct ”square in circle” -marked 1600 head. Matching colors. The car has been repainted in 1994. The head has been restored. Rust free and in FANTASTIC condition as can be seen in the pictures. Obviously garaged and pampered throughout its life. Straight as an arrow, and never crashed. Documented milage (!) through old MoT documents in the cars history file. The history file also comes with invoices and a workshop manual.
The last owner before me had the car for exactly 30 years. It just received a full service including all fluids and new Dunlop 185/ 70 R14 tires on brand new GTA style wheels which constitutes the only non original parts. But don´t worry. The original wheels also comes with the car, complete with the sombrero hubcaps. Also delivered with the car are 2 sets of keys and the original Bataini jack.
It has of course also passed its last ever MoT in May 2022 without any remarks.
This is the Alfa Bertone for the owner who wants an all original car, that was never modified, and has a full history since new and that is ”on the button”. Get in a drive anywhere. I just now in May 2025 took the car from Sweden to Spain and Italy and back, and so drove it across Europe on a 4000 km round trip. The car didn´t miss a beat. Everything works. Lights, horn, wipers, windscreen washer, fan, heating, window mechanisms, guages, warning lights etc.
The car is ready to go and is located outside Malmö in the south of Sweden. Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen airport. Its time for a Montreal or a Duetto for me, so if you happen to have one of those, I may be interested in a trade. I would of course be willing to pay the price difference in cash. Has to be a good one with a realistic asking price, just as mine is.
