Description
Thanks for taking an interest in my MG BGT. Registered in 1981 By the first of its 6 owners, this car has brightened up any road it has traveled on. If your looking to spend £3900 or less, then this car is out of your budget. The Speedo shows 85, 369 miles and is likely to go up as I am still using the car. All appears genuine enough when you look around it. The seats have been covered in black leather like trim with yellow piping. These were fitted to the car when I took ownership. I have seen the same being sold via the MG Owners club. I purchased the car in October 2023 and have had so much fun with it. It is true to say, the car is not A1 tip top however, the price reflects this and it still looks great and presentable. You can see by the pictures what may need doing, an easy and cheap restoration could be carried out, or contine as I have to drive and enjoy the car as it is. Recently I serviced the car, Oil and Filter Change, Plugs, Antifreeze and carbs tune up. The alternator was replaced end of last year. I replaced the ignition switch for a near original along with fitting new red seatbelts supplied by the MG owners club. A small amount of money for a whole lot of fun. This must be one of the few British Leyland products that actually starts and runs in the rain! If you arrange to view it please try to remember we all have busy lives and it would be nice to keep an appointment.
