Here for sale is my 1993 Jaguar XJS 4. 0 Facelift with the expensive twin head lamps. It is a good car that drives well with no faults. Engine and auto box is good and excellent in sports mode.
The car has had a professional respray in the past and now there are a few bodywork bits that need attention but all easy. Passenger front wing is showing rust down the bottom and could do with being repaired, or change the wing which are bolt on. Drivers side worn has the same at the bottom and is also repairable. Also the bonnet has had laquer lift and needs repainted also.
The rest is solid and looks very good. Underside has raptor paint protecting it and is very solid as are the sills.
There were no advisories on the last mot which runs until April 26.
The interior is clean and excellent. No real wear and the rear seats have hardly been sat in. The roof lining needs changed if you’re fussy as does the ski slope wood as it’s cracking. I have another ski slope which will be included.
All in all an excellent car with 138000 miles with some service history and other history.
All 3 keys are present. And I’ve owned this car for around 10 years.
All the extras including electric and heated seats, sports mode, stainless exhaust, electric mirrors, air con(needs degassed) trip computer, original 90’s car phone which will work with a sim, later bigger slots with near new tyres all round. Chrome is excellent also.
Private plate comes with the car which has some value also. Original handbooks and some history and receipts with the car.
