Here we have my MX5 California Limited edition 1. 6 manual. Low mileage at only 85k with around 4 months of MOT left (no advisories on last MOT). Has a few nice upgrades, Sony touchscreen double din stereo, upgraded exhaust, OMP steering wheel (original included), upgraded black alloy wheels, suede with yellow stitched handbrake + gearstick gaiters amongst others. I've recently taken the private reg off the car - new reg is W669 WTW to lookup history - reduced price accordingly. Huge folder with receipts, recently changed slave and clutch master cylinder too, lots of maintenance work done over the years. Soft top with glass back is in mint condition black tonneau cover included. Hardtop with rear heated screen in original sunburst yellow which is very rare to find is available to purchase with the car. Logbook in hand in my name. Has lower bumper floodlight for country lanes which is switch operated on the dash (easily removed if desired). Condition of the car is great, no rust patches on the bodywork, sills and arches are very clean, the lower sill is solid metal. Original spot welds visible on the arches. A few minor blemishes here and there but as you can see in the pics the car looks great overall, colour really pops and shines, the contrast with the black wheels and decals really sets the car off nicely.
Driving wise the car is a lot of fun, no nocks or noises over bumps which it handles with ease, engine revs freely and has lots of power, the exhaust has one of the best notes I’ve heard on any MX5. The drive on the car will not disappoint.
I’m an MX5 owner’s club member and have owned many MX5’s over the years, I was attracted to this car because of the nice upgrades, low mileage and general good condition of the bodywork and lack of rust. I’m currently in the middle of a house move and with everything going on I’m looking to reduce my cars as I just don’t have the time to drive them.
Great example of a California MK2, gets loads of looks and positive comments, with the number plate and nice condition of the car It’s a bit of a bargain for someone. I’m sure the first person to view will buy it.
