Description
For sale, a 1956 Jaguar XK140 FHC. The bodyshell is in excellent all-round condition. The chassis is also in excellent condition.
This was purchased as a project to produce a resto-mod vehicle. Hence, the reason for showing it with the Jaguar XJS wheels in the final photos. Unfortunately, due to other time commitments, this hasn't been possible and is therefore for sale.
Included in the sale are:
Bodyshell as shown with doors, bonnet, boot lid, chassis, floors, rear window, side glass, side glass frames, door glass, door glass frames, quarter lights, headlining, inner wing battery boxes, rear bumpers, front bumper valances, bumper irons, crotch vents and anything else shown on the vehicle.
This would make an excellent replacement for a rotten bodyshell / chassis and save thousands in welding and repair panel costs.
No engine, gearbox, running gear, seats, dash or V5 present.
It would need to be trailered from the north Wigan area and is currently sitting on wheeled axle stands, which are included in the sale. The car can be easily moved onto a trailer with a powered winch, and I can offer assistance with this.
