Early 88 Series 1.
I’ve owned her since 2008 and as far as I know, I’m the second owner. She came from a working farm in Oxfordshire and she lived her life in an open barn when not in use. There's a photo of her, probably taken in the 60s, along with recent shots. Since 2008 she's mostly spent her life snoozing in a barn or garage.
I did a minimal restoration which included a new bulkhead and one outrigger. The rest of the chassis is original. Gave her some new seats and a new hood. I left the paintwork as it was but polished it up. I’ve had a few bits done to the engine but nothing much. I also put LWB rims on her rather than the diddy originals.
Unfortunately I sold the original number plate some years ago as I needed some cash to finish off a kitchen.
I’ve only driven her very occasionally as I haven’t had room to keep her at home. She comes with a fair amount of history including old insurance documents, tax disks going back to the late 60s and old MOTs etc. Service intervals are marked on the inside of the windscreen.
She needs a loving home where the new owner can do a bit more work to finish her off.
I’ve hardly used her in the last 17 years, covering on 528 miles. I drove her up the road and back this morning… got quite a few smiles from people out walking!
Probably best to get her delivered and I can recommend a very reasonable chap. The last long distance drive was 40 miles about 7 years ago.

I'm looking for a fairly swift sell as I'm downsizing, so I'm reducing the price from £15 to £13k. Do come and take a look. She's an amazing survivor and about as original as you can get for 70 years old!
