For sale I have my Mk1 Cortina Estate,
An unfortunate sale due to a loss of storage. This cortina is in running and driving condition and has a solid shell, it would be the perfect candidate for a restoration project that can be enjoyed along the way.
In my ownership the brakes have been redone with upgraded dics and calipers up front, vastly improving the braking capabilities of the car.
It has had a new alternator fitted along with other associated wiring work.
It has had a new ignition coil, rotor arm, dizzy cap, points, leads and spark plugs fitted.
Not shown in the pictures is a new battery.
The engine is the GT version and has been properly tested, has good compression in all cylinders and runs well.
The original gearbox has been swapped for a 2000e gearbox that was freshly rebuilt before installation.
Along with the car there will be some parts to go with it (seals, headlight conversion, and other miscellaneous parts)
