This is my 1954 Chevy, lovingly built and dry driven and stored in my garage since completion.
More than £40K spent on the car.
Build Details:
Complete body off build.
C-Notched frame with remote controller airbag setup (tank setup in trunk)
Small Block V8 Chevy engine with polished pulleys
Demon Carb with Caddy aircleaner
Chrome brake cyclinder with disc front and drum rear (proportioning valve fitted)
Shaved door handles with Electric remote bearing claw larch door poppers (front) and manual interior opening (rear)
Waltons Fabrication Mustang II front (manual)
Fuel tank repositioned to trunk with filler cap.
One piece welded hood
Black metallic body paint
New chrome / polished stainless
New electrics / New plumbing
Vintage Air setup and plumbed (needs condenser fitted)
Black Steel rims with mini stainless trim ring and Spider Caps.
Hidden Electric manual rear antennae (old Skool 50’s touch)
Custom exhaust fitting (tucked tight to body) with Cherry Bomb mufflers - hidden turndown outlets
Frenched front headlights with 1950’s Hagan tribar headlight (blue dot)
One piece front and rear chrome bumpers
Interior
Black leather with Italian alcantara
Custom Italian alcantara headlining
Black BMW loop pile carpeting.
Sony touch screen CD/ DVD player with rear and front speakers.
Electric front windows / manual rear windows
Custom gauges set within original gauge trim
Ididit Chrome steering column with custom steering wheel (original in trunk)
Things that may need attention:
Fuel gauge reads half when it is FULL (new fuel sender needs to be fitted or current sender calibrated)
Wheels need re-tracking and balancing
Rear right side rim has had damage repair (solidly welded) but could do with replacement in the future.
Driver side window has small crack at base.
Some small scratches to paintwork. She’s a lovely car that is a real head turner.
