1960 Ford Prefect 107e Restomod. 3 year build with a 1700 Zetec SE engine from a Ford Puma mated to a 6 speed Mazda RX8 transmission through a custom propshaft to a 3. 9:1 Cortina GT diff with a Black line LSD and anti tramp bars. Escort front suspension / steering with Gaz coil-overs and spherical top mounts. Rear adjustable Gaz shocks. Bare metal respray in Ford Carnival Red, no rust or rot and all usual 100e areas sorted. Rewired with new guages and switches etc , modern H4 headlamps and electric wipers . Megasquirt ECU. Custom intake, exhaust manifold and system. New cooling / heating system. New brake system with front vented discs, bias pedal box and servo. New wheels and tyres All new rubber seals, gaskets and weatherstrips. Custom retrim with Alfa Romeo 166 MoMo front seats, new door cards headliner and carpets. Over £22000 spent but ill health forces very reluctant sale. Photographic records and hundreds of receipts.
