Volvo P1800 coupe finished in Volvo colour code 95 Light Blue. Imported from North Carolina in United States of America to United Kingdom in 2019. No historical documentation other than US ownership title. Full documentation since 2019. Four speed with stalk mounted overdrive. Left hand drive. Speedo in mph. Recent service & MOT.

Significant restoration work completed in UK including the following;
-Homologation to UK roadworthiness standards.
-Fully re-conditioned 1974 B20 engine fitted to replace previous engine. Fully rated to accept unleaded fuel. Work undertaken by Amazon Cars in Suffolk.
-Suspension uprated to Bilstein dampers all round.
-Changed to electronic ignition with dash mounted push start.
-New fuel tank fitted.
-Alternator fitted to replace original dynamo.
-Bonnet hinges re-welded.
-Bonnet, roof & boot lid re-sprayed to a high standard.
-Tachometer & speedo re-calibrated by Speedy Cables.
-MOT till July 2026. Not required due to being a historic vehicle but good to have.
Good Points:
-Overall very good mechanical running condition, starts & runs well. Happy to sit at motorway speeds. Good for a daily driver or the basis of a nut & bolt restoration.
-Bonnet, roof & boot paint very good.
-Fast, tight, light car. A lot of fun.
Bad Points:
-Some rust developing on front and rear valances, and wheel arch edges that needs sorting.
-Oil temp gauge is not working.
-Clockwork clock is not working, this is very common on these cars
-Interior ok but may benefit from restoration
