STUNNING 1939 TRIUMPH SPEED TWIN
Very desirable and rare prewar girder fork Speed Twin in correct Amaranth Red with hand painted gold pinstriping. Lovingly restored to a very high standard a few years ago and nicely mellowed since. Very smart and presentable and a real head turner everywhere she goes. Matching frame/ engine and V5 numbers and historically correct in every way.
She really is a joy to ride with good brakes, excellent handling and a smooth powerful engine. Starts first kick every time, not or cold and has proven to be 100% reliable. She will cruise smoothly at 60 MPH. Very recently completed a prewar run of 120 plus miles without missing a beat. Everything works as it should and she is ready to go. She even has the correct hen's teeth dash lamp!
Photos taken in the motorcycle shop where I work but this is my personal machine and a private sale. I am happy to deliver free of charge within a 50 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk but I can deliver further afield at a reasonable cost. Or why not just ride her home?
I am happy to send a video of the bike starting and running on request as she really is as good as she looks.
These prewar Speed Twin models don't come up for sale very often and this one really is gorgeous, properly sorted reliability wise and the only one currently available in the UK.
Thank you for your interest.
