This is a beautiful Karmann Beetle, 1970.
LOCATION: Hastings, East Sussex.

Bodywork and chassis immaculate.
Built at the Karmann factory in Osnabruck, started life as a clementine orange 1500. Spent her first 10 years in Germany before being imported to the UK in 1980. In 1999 was completely stripped, restored and resprayed 'BMW Turkis Green' The suspension is lowered, the brakes upgraded and the interior re-trimmed by Bernard Newbury Auto Interiors.
In 2020 she had a 1776cc engine with twin Webers and an A1 Polished Sidewinder exhaust. That engine failed in early 2022 so was replaced with a rebuilt 1641cc engine (from the VW Engine Company) This has only just been run in. Has had a recent oil change as per the engine warranty instructions. Turkis Green (turquoise)

Bodywork stripped and full new paint job plus under seal carried out last year, started in July finished October. Work carried out by MTech of Hastings.
The car is rock solid absolutely no rot, incredible condition.
