Up for grabs is my 1972 Sprint Veloce
I got this a while ago with the hopes of pouring a bit of time and money into it and getting it back on the road (think it’s been in storage since 05)
All the frame and engine numbers check out, 3 port engine.
The paint work is a bit DIY from the previous owner, I believe the body is the original “Verde Ascot” in line with the original colour but the side panels and mudguard have been done black and the headset and fuel tank brought back to bare steel.
V5 and everything in my name, registered as historic. There is a brand new Speedo on it and an old one with smashed glass stating 6200km - I have no clue if this is accurate.
The reason I’m putting this up for sale is I bought it thinking I’d love something like this to tinker with however having done nothing to it, it’s clear I prefer to spend the nights riding a bike rather than under one!
I’d describe this as a running project, although I don’t think it would take much. I’ll include new brake pads and cables.
Comes with a new brown SIP seat
