The Mini Cooper Sport 500 is a special edition of the classic Mini, produced in a limited run of only 500 units in 2000, marking the end of the original Mini's production and making it highly sought after by collectors.
The car is finished in rare Anthracite with a Silver roof and bonnet decals. The seats are leather and finished in Black and Silver.
Other features include 4 x spot lights, 13” Sportspack wheels, opening rear windows, silver dashboard with 6 magnolia-faced dials including a working clock and a "500" plaque.
The engine is the original 1275cc MPi and is coupled with a four-speed manual gear box.

Car has been well looked after and comes with it's plaque, certificate and original Rover vehicle order and vehicle sales receipt.
It has very good condition "cooper" mini mats and an original "MINI" stereo.
It has been fitted with a RC40 rear exhaust (but also comes with an original unipart rear exhaust that was only fitted for a short time).
The rear speakers have been replaced but I have an original set as well.
I have recently replaced the battery and while in my ownership have replaced the fuel filter, added new hi-lows, new rubber cones (previously had coils) and new shocks. The car has very good yokohama tyres (wheels are original sportspack type) and I have had most of the rubber boots, bump stops etc changed at the front. The throttle body has also been upgraded to a metal part and the air filter is a K/ N type.
