Due to health reasons, our nearly completed Alfa Romeo 1600 super is up for sale.
All the expensive and time consuming work has been carried out, in the form of 4 new door skins, front valance, sills, boot floor etc, and not full of filler instead.
A professional 3 phase paint job to complete the body.
Engine stripped, and new end shells, rings, head vapour cleaned, new valves, new springs. New clutch from Classic Alfa, and prop shaft donut.
Only the easier fitting out to do now.
We sourced an interior set of seating & door cards, along with exterior chrome work (much of it being very rare, and not cheap).
All front & rear screens are in, and all side glass present, along with winder gear, door lock arms, door strikes etc.
Roof lining in excellent condition. I have got the electrics working, ie lights, wiper motor etc. Tyres are nearly new.
We are looking at offers, of lower 5 figure bracket, and by my calculations, another £600/ 700 will need to be spent on a new exhaust, braking and weber carburettor refurbs.
She will make a very pretty car completed, all you need is your spare time, and you will have a very pretty, and admired Italian Icon. Has UK V5c, so no import registration hassles.
