One of 786 E30 M3 convertibles built, 2. 3-litre naturally aspirated S14 inline-four, driving the rear wheels through a dog-leg five-speed manual transmission.
The E30 generation BMW M3 was designed for Group A touring car racing, and was intended to be a limited-run homologation special. Eventually there were over 17, 000 coupes produced but this is one of only 786 convertibles.
