Description
For sale is this 1967 Morris Mini Cooper S Works rally car recreation. This recreation is closely based on the Works Mini LBL 6D, and is based off an Austin Cooper S shell.
The car is built to group 2 and Monte Carlo Appendix J regulations.
The car is run on a Bill Richards Racing 1293cc engine which was rebuilt to works rally specs by Bill Richards Racing. Running twin 1. 5" SU carburettors, the engine has less than 1000 miles on it post rebuild, and is running also on a Bill Richards Racing four-speed quaife gearbox. It currently has a more usable 3. 6:1 final drive installed, covered in the accompanying booklet.
