Description
My 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX.
Selling due to job change and unable to continue to care for it.
I've had odd jobs done to it, it will come with a file that contains the history. Timing belt, new sump, new brakes calipers, wear and tare items etc.
Previous to my ownership it was remapped and has a turbo timer installed. There is instructions in the file to advise how to turn the map on or off, but I've never figured it out. The Turbo timer works great though.
The aircon had also been taken out, which never bothered me, but may put you off.
I upgraded the radio to a touch screen one that has Apple Car Play and Android Auto shortly after buying it. It is however starting to have some issues on startup where sometimes it the screen freezes on loading. I'm currently troubleshooting this.
It is starting to show some age related marks though. As you can see, there is a rust bubble on the driver side rear quarter.
I've not had this properly looked at yet, but if you know Subaru's, this is likely the be rust forming on the rear suspension turret. Knowing a welder will likely be useful.
There are some other chips around the body, but only standard every day wear. I've had some touched up, but it's never taken away from me how it looks. I still find myself starting at it when I leave it parked somewhere.
The wheels have been changed to Enkei T6Rs, 17x8 ET45 5x100 Matte Bronze. I bought these brand new as the original wheels had seen better days. I have the original wheels in storage, which will come with the car as well.
Feel free to reach out with any questions, I'm happy to answer and welcome viewings. The car has been my daily for the past 6/ 7 years. It's never faulted me, which I appreciate is rare for Subaru's. I've had it serviced every year, I work remotely so the mileage hasn't been to bad. I have taken it on a few road trips around the country and it's been perfect.
It's been the best car I've owned, and I really will miss it, but sadly life changes and you have to move on.

Thanks
Dane
