Description
On offer is this great little GT 1300 Junior, fresh out of restoration and upgraded to Fast Road spec with many Alfaholics parts fitted. This car has only recently been completed but a change in circumstances for the owner means she now has to find a new home.
Body:
Painted in Alfa Rosso by Alfa Body Works in Cape Town, some trim was reused where possible to maintain the original character of the car, some new repro products were inevitable such as the rear lamp lenses and one or two other bits like badges and so on.
Suspension:
Alfaholics suspension rebuild kit fitted with Bilstein dampers, adjustable control arms, new bushes, fast road springs and much more. Also running on 7J X 15 GTA rep wheels with new tyres.
Brakes:
75/ GTV6 ally Brembo front calipers running on vented 275mm discs with braided hoses all round. Rebuilt booster, master cylinders, rear calipers etc, stonking brakes!
Interior:
Alfaholics GTJ Black seat covers fitted, also Alfaholics premium carpets and Momo wooden steering wheel with adapter. New laminated front windscreen as well as all rubbers and window seal kits.
Gearbox & Diff:
Gearbox fully rebuilt using NOS synchro rings and bearings, Diff is 4. 1 Ratio LS from a Spider, also reconditioned. Prop shaft rebuilt and balanced.
Engine:
High compression fast road 2000cc engine freshly built. 10. 4 compression pistons and sleeves from Alfaholics fitted, cylinder head flowed and reconditioned by Van Der Linde Developments with their fast road 288 degree cams. 123 Bluetooth ignition with Alfaholics Ignition package, ally carb mounts, GTA style trumpets, Sachs Clutch, Lightweight starter, Ally radiator, Alfaholics Hoses, Lightweight Alternator, Stainless steel sports exhaust, Dellorto DHLA40 Carbs, New valves, Uprated springs, Victor Reinz full gasket set. The engine is an absolute peach and runs beautifully on pump gas. Fuel system runs a Filter King regulator and Red Top electric fuel pump. The list goes on!
