Porsche 914/ 4 1976 Model year ( 1975 was the last year of 914 production ) This car has been enthusiast owned for the last 14years, starting it’s life at the USA San-Francisco Porsche dealership and spent its 1st 20 years in the sunshine states of California & Arizona before being shipped over to the UK in 1997 when it was treated to a bare metal respray in it’s original colour of Ancona Blue Metallic L97B (only available for the 75-76 model years)
The car saw little use and mainly garaged in storage until I purchased the car in 2011.
The car is fitted with heavy duty Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers and Exhaust Box and was subject to a top-end engine overhaul and general re-fresh by Autofarm in 2013.
During the next 12 years the car has been regularly maintained by the present 'enthusiast owner'. Recent works carried out:
New Clutch in 2023 and recent new Cylinder Heads ( design 911 ) and piston rings fitted. New Front Brake Pads fitted..... Brakes bled all-round prior to MoT.
There are 2 Large History Files including all Mot’s / Receipts / Invoices including past Concours history. Original Toolkit / Owners Manual. Other than a few minor paintwork blemishes the general condition of the bodywork / chassis is sound & good.
Running on its original Fuel Injection System and sits on the 'sought after' factory 'Mahle' wheels including 'Spare' with Dunlop Sport Blue Response 185/ 60/ 15 Tyres.
Full Current MoT ( no advisories ) 23/ 10/ 25
Priced to sell at £17500 including ( 914 FRH ) number plate ( valued @ £2K+ ) or will sell at £16000 with the 914 number plate removed / retained. This is a Matching Numbers 914 and comes complete with Porsche Club GB 'Certificate of Authenticity'.
The car also has a 'Concours Pedigree' from its earlier days and is still a great looking car which attracts lots of interest and admirers as well as being featured in Richard Gooding’s acclaimed book ‘ Porsche 914 an Enthusiast’s Guide’
