Welcome to the sale of my MK 2 Ford Escort 1100 popular 4 door first registered in Croatia on 19th of March 1979. The car was registered in the United Kingdom on 1st of November 2023, I am the 2nd owner.
The car presents really well there a few age related marks as described above. It is one of the best you will see for a 46 year old car see with mostly original paint. The car came to the UK without any history from abroad, it is currently showing 28076 kms everything works as it should apart from the interior light which I have not got around to taking apart!
Recent mechanical updates include :
- Electronic ignition.
- New carburettor.
- Front brake calipers and braided hoses.
- Radiator and hoses.
- Brake servo and reservoir.
- Ignition coil.
Recent cosmetic updates include:
- All 4 road wheels powder coated in the correct Ford silver and rebalanced.
- Underbody fully cleaned and re treated.
- Full paint correction to preserve its originality.
Due to its age the car is tax and MOT exempt
As with all classic cars viewing before bidding is recommended.
