Volkswagen Crafter 2. 5TDI high top medium length wheel base. Previously an unmarked UK Police people carrier.
The rear bench seats have been removed by the previous lady owner who's intention it was to convert to a camper van. The van has a very high spec, including tinted rear side windows. It is a RHD version and now registered in France in my name. All necessary modifications were made during the vans importation including replacing the main front lights to European specification.
The van is exceptionally clean in and out as can be seen in the photos. Only visible fault to the exterior panels is a small scrape to the offside rear wheel arch. The van is very low mileage for its age and it drives like a much younger vehicle. 6 speed gearbox, economical and plenty of torque.
The van has never had a tow bar fitted. Its a high roof medium wheel base which I find just right, especially if you plan converting to a camper/ race van. The original radio and satnav have in the past been replaced with a touch screen multi functional device which won't be everyone's preference. The original radio comes with the van so can easily be reinstalled. The Contrôle technique (mot) was carried out not long ago and the van has barely been driven 50 kilometres since. Selling as it is now surplus to my requirements. I bought the van because of its low mileage and outstanding condition. It drives like a van that has been looked after and regularly serviced.
