2012 BMW F800ST – exceptionally well cared for example. Bought by me in 2020 in Riga from the official BMW Motorrad dealer (Motorrad Latvia). One previous owner, who purchased it new from the same dealer, serviced it there throughout ownership and later sold it back to the dealer. I am the second owner. Bought at 15, 580 km, current mileage approx. 40, 000 km. Carefully and gently used, never dropped, never dismantled. All original body panels intact, all switches, buttons and electronics fully functional. Factory BMW alarm fitted, supplied with 2 main keys, 1 service key and 2 alarm fobs. Tasteful high-quality upgrades focused on protection: R&G front and rear axle guards, carbon front mudguard extension (very effective in wet conditions), carbon engine belly pan. All upgrades installed without drilling or permanent modification. Rear tyre replaced in 2024, front tyre replaced in 2025. Front and rear rubber dampers replaced in 2025 (front near engine, rear in wheel hub), photos available. Rear Brembo brake pads replaced in 2025. It is easy to ride, stable, and confidence-inspiring both in town and on the motorway. One of its biggest advantages is the belt drive, a solution that BMW engineers got absolutely right. Many riders are unfamiliar with belt drives, but in real ownership they are extremely clean, quiet, and practical. Throughout my ownership I never had to clean, lubricate, or replace chains and sprockets. After riding in the rain, a simple wash was all that was needed. In real-world use, motorcycle belts comfortably last 50, 000 km and beyond.
The bike also offers an excellent touring range. At steady cruising speeds of 120–140 km/ h, it can cover approximately 280–300 km on a single tank, making it ideal for longer journeys. Practical expandable panniers provide useful luggage capacity, while heated grips make riding in cooler weather genuinely comfortable. Steel-braided brake lines and Brembo brakes provide strong, predictable stopping power.
This motorcycle has been equally enjoyable on short rides and long trips, and it has always been treated with care and respect. I did not plan to sell it, but the sale is necessary due to personal circumstances. The bike is offered honestly and transparently to the next owner.
