DEPOSIT TAKEN Regretable sale of my near pristine 28 year old Passat Estate. One owner before me in 2024! Genuine mileage, service history, recent brand new towbar (used one time for my small 2 berth caravan) but now a reversal of my retirement plans and an incoming company car changes my plans! Viewing a must to fully appreciate the quality. Genuine 90's VW option german alloy wheels with Pirelli tyres that have done 1000 miles. I am a perfectionist and wash my cars at least once a week, I always do anything that needs doing and am too long in the tooth to be selling something that is not right - you will not be dissapointed.
Bad bits
- Some minor paintmarks age related and minor.
- Central locking unusually works on all doors with the key. For some reason, when using the 'blip' the driver's door will not lock.
Good bits (endless!)
- rare auto. Find a decent low mileage auto estate car anywhere, any year for £3500! I've tried.
- Immaculate interior.
- Almost pristine exterior. I needed an auto estate to carry my double bass, and as stated you can't but anything for this money. No daft modern driving aids or overly complicated tech. A pleasure to drive genuinely. Colour is amazing, as is the interior space. Original stereo - working. Electric windows - working. FSH! Cam belt last done in 2016 at 40k.
