Lovely, rare LHD Mercedes L319 Van/ Camper project which has been mine these past 6 years.
Originally a German Police vehicle there is plenty of room to stand up inside when setup as a camper van or coffee truck.
The 2. 1 litre 4 cylinder 307d diesel engine starts and drives like a clock. Manual gearshift on the steering column. Brakes, lights etc, all work fine.
The chassis is rust free , one of the 2 replacement corner window frames is welded in and the other one needs fitting too.
New windshield rubber and replacement windshield.
Towbar fitted to rear.
Its been in storage now for 18 months so time to be enjoyed by a new owner. Originally Munich Police van. Previous German owner toured Europe before setting in Ireland in the 1990's
I bought it and drove from Cork to Dublin and used it for about 4 years before parking it in storage
