This car was delivered new to an architects firm in 1973, delivered through Maranello Concessionaires, specified in Marrone Colorado when new. It was changed to the current attractive blue in 1988.
From 1994 until the late 2000s the car was owned by Christopher Joyice, a known and respected Ferrari restorer before being owned by Phil Stafford of Rosneath Engineering. Needless to say it was well looked after in those periods, passing to the current ownership after Phil passed away in 2013. In recent years the car has been little used, only leaving its dry garaging for occasional runs to Goodwood. In 2023/ 2024 it was sent to Ferrari Specialists Kent High Performance for an engine out refresh of timing chain, tappets, idler bearings, water pump etc and serviced by them the following year. It has covered less than 100 miles since then and is now reluctantly for sale as it just isn’t getting the use it deserves! The 365 was the lightest and purest of the 365/ 400/ 412 range, with the carburettor V12 engine, knock off wheels and manual gearbox it represents a fantastic opportunity for the ‘old school’ Ferrari experience at a fraction of the price of a Daytona or 250.
