Series 1 1966 E-Type Jaguar
One of the first 2+2 models in left hand drive and with automatic transmission. In Willow Green with a suede green leather interior. Imported from a dry state in America so is amazingly rust free. A 4. 2 engine with 80, 000 miles and 60lb oil pressure.
In my ownership I have renewed/ replaced the following:
5x new painted wire wheels.
5x new Dunlop SP Tyres.
Uprated aluminium radiator and fans.
Front seats reupholstered.
New battery, water pump and fuel pump.
New front suspension bushes.
Fluid service.
Carbs overhauled.
Starter motor re-built.
A very original series one that is solid and never been welded. Excellent panel gaps (except drivers door which has dropped - I have a new hinge). Certainly not perfect but find another original rust free series one at this price! £44, 000.
