Old, lonely "cat" seeking a new owner
Hello everyone, with a heavy heart I’m letting go of an old Daimler Double Six from an inheritance. Actually from first hand (but 3 entries in the registration, first as my father’s company car, then private takeover by my father and after his death transferred to my name). The car has stood dry for 5 years in a garage, as I intended to get it back into shape myself. However, due to my professional situation in the foreseeable future I have no chance to give it the time it needs. Therefore I want to hand the "cat" over to good hands with a tinge of melancholy. The car has the usual faults for a vehicle of this age but is practically rust-free. Here are the things to do (rear headliner hanging, small dent behind the bumper, water pump seal/ o-ring, new tyres, new battery). After the long idle period I recommend draining all fluids first and renewing them. The car is deregistered and can be collected on-site with a transporter. I’m selling only to buyers with Daimler/ Jaguar know-how. A car like this needs knowledge and "love". See you soon! Jan
