• Heritage certificatePurchased from John Brown 4x4 in late 2017 and shipped to Mombasa, Kenya where the new owner drove it to Kampala, Uganda. It was known as “Mzee,” which means “old man” in Swahili, in and around Kampala. It was shipped to York, UK in July 2019, where it has been in storage ever since. The current owner lives in Southeast Asia and was not able to import it into Thailand due to restrictions, and so must now sell it. It is an exceptional Series II, rebuilt onto a galvanised chassis whilst retaining that magnificent patinated charm that only 60+ years can bestow. This is a rare, Series 2 (not the later 2A), making it ideal.
