It is with great regret that, due to age-related physical health, I have decided to sell my much-loved Daimler SP250 Dart. Until recent years, the car was driven regularly both locally and on short trips, and was a regular at our local Classic car Show.
The car is in outstanding original condition throughout and drives beautifully. Mechanical condition excellent – engine oil pressure 55/ 60. Gearbox, overdrive and brakes recently overhauled. Complete renovation from 1995 with ongoing restoration and continual maintenance as required by specialist classic car mechanic.
Extensive documentation, receipts, history and memorabilia. Chrome windscreen frame strengthened and renovated. Electronic ignition, electric cooling fan, alternator, electric fuel pump and R&P steering upgrades.
Body colour: Ivory Interior trim; Red leather with ivory piping. Black mohair hood. Very good chrome bumpers, over-riders, front grill and fittings

The car is an absolute joy to drive. Its 2. 5 litre V8 is so powerful and smooth that, combined with excellent road holding, the Dart glides sffortlessly along the road. Correspondence, documentation and memorabilia from previous owners show this car was held in high regard and given great care and attention.
The car is featured on p16 of the April 2018 issue of the Daimler & Lanchester Owners Club journal, "The Driving Member".
