Stunning Electric BlueCCM R30, owned by me since 2011. Intended as a Street Scrambler project but never used on the road so its time for this great bike to go to someone who will use it.
Super reliable 650cc single, upgraded by CCM with twin Mikuni carbs and a Remus exhaust system
The WP suspension was professionally lowered and revalved by Darren Tillit to create road bike characteristics. The lower seat height and stiffer suspension makes this bike way more useable for all riders
The frame, swingarm, rear frame and wheel rims have all been powdercoated satin black (around 2012)
The front and rear wheels were rebuilt with stainless steel spokes by Central Wheels.
The wiring has been replaced and greatly simplified to improve reliability
The original headlight and taillight were replaced to save weight, nut the originals are in good condition and included in the sale.
I also have all the original owners handbooks and documentation from new.
The bike currently has no mot but I am confident it will pass as the bike has not been used since last mot.
Despite its age this bike has hardly been used at around 9000miles. Spares are still available thanks to the selection of leading components.
There is some surface rust due to the bike being stored so it needs some minor tidying up or you can use as is
The Suzuki motor, Twin Mikuni carbs and Remus exhaust combine to create stonking amounts of torque, this thing will put a massive grin on your face and probably suprise you at how quick it is.
Fortunately the massive Brembo brakes with the firmer suspension can rapidly reduce your speed without massive front end dive.
