1978 Honda CX500, in good original condition, 17, 000 miles, probably correct as there is a lot of previous MOT certificates to confirm this, 5 previous owners, this was my brother's bike, he unfortunately died last year. He bought the bike in 2007, with 14, 300 miles on it, the previous owner bought the bike in 1997, so only 2 owners in the last 19 years ! It has been unused for about 12 months, I have drained the petrol and put fresh fuel in it, charged the battery, and done a few miles on it, it rides nicely, though it does occasionally hesitate in first gear, otherwise just fine
The CX is in original unrestored good condition, it's not immaculate, or concourse.
Registered on 10/ 10/ 1978, 4 owners up to Oct 1996, and last change of ownership in Nov 2007. There's some service history, and also, possibly all the previous mots.
