1946 Standard 4/ 8A
Running and generally in very good condition for age.
Brakes will need attention before going a long distance but they do work for a short test drive.
Chassis has been restored some time ago and is totally solid. There are some photos showing the restoration.
Paintwork is good but close up a few areas that could be improved.
Interior appears to be very original. Looks like headlining/ carpets have been replaced but rest of interior has a great original patina.
Engine holding good oil pressure and starts on the button from cold.
Fuel gauge not working but I will be looking at that over the next few weeks.
Chrome parts are probably the worst part cosmetically but acceptable from a distance.
Overall a very solid and useable vintage car to enjoy as is or turn into a show car should you wish.
