Grampian grey , black interior with white piping , front seats leather . Wire wheel with recent Firestone tyres. Full webasto sunroof that mum had fitted in the nineties.
It has been maintained regardless of cost in our ownership both mechanically and bodywork.
BODYWORK
It had a major refit in 2006 with new front wings , tailgate near side sill and total respray . So in 2021 it was time for some more work to the body , involving offside sill inner and outer , floor pan , front wings off to resolve bad joints to scuttle . Complete respray , all done at a classic body shop not cheap . At the same time had new carpets and headlining including bespoke lining to webasto .
MECHANICAL
It had an alternator conversion as mum did short trips .
We removed the head and had hardened sets for unleaded.
The clutch was replaced as thrust bearing broke up .
Had mechanical power steering fitted so mum could keep driving it
Remote servo for brakes.

GENERAL
It passed its MOT with no advisories and doesn’t want for anything, apart from a new loving home and to be used rather than sat doing nothing.
We have original bill of sale , Truro Cornwall, one lady owner till May 94 , then my mum had the car 21 years it was her pride and joy as had previous MG’s . Mum died in 2015 so I was left the car , so I have owned 11 years so our family 32 years total and loads of money spent. The car has done 86, 066 miles in total , unfortunately the Speedo broke at 62, 581 miles so it reads 23, 485 miles , however because the bodywork is in such excellent condition you could be fooled .
I do have a badge bar and an original set of Lucas chrome spotlights that would be included in the sale , plus original steering rack and some spares .
It’s hardly been driven since the respray hence its time for someone else to enjoy it .
