U. K. car restored in late 1980’s. Loads of receipts and early service history from new until mid 1970’s at 51000 miles. Was off the road for years before restoration and only 5176 since. Original aluminium bonnet. This car had a Webasto roof fitted(original fitting warranty from fitting) probably when new. Has very rare wind deflector!
Owned by mechanic and has been comprehensively overhauled in last 3 years. Brakes, engine enhancements, water pump, electric fan, new seat vinyl covers, seat belts, new steering wheel to mention a few. Has great oil pressure and runs fantastic. Has overdrive and gearbox is silky smooth. This car is VERY solid and mechanically spot on. There is no sign of rust at all, however due to when it was stored after restoration, having had stuff put on it, the car has lots of minor dings and dents and really could benefit from a respray. This is a very honest car that is both extremely solid and reliable. Any inspection welcome.
