1 previous lady owner from new with 32, 950 miles, i purchased the car in January 2026 and had it recommissioned as it had very little use in recent years, sent it to my local performance specialist, Euro Performance of Llantrisant who carried out the following work….
Clio 197 service 15/ 4/ 26
Engine.
Oil flush/ renew oil and oil filter.
Camshaft and Auxiliary belts replaced, new Dephaser pulley, water pump, spark plugs, coolant flush and new air filter.
Gearbox rebuild.
New synchros. new clutch and clutch release bearing. 2 x new driveshafts, correct oil.
Brakes
Flush/ renew brake fluid.
Suspension.
New front strut shock absorbers, new ball joints and drop links
Misc.
Replace front/ rear wiper blades. Pollen filter, new wheel bolts, new centre wheel caps. Full underside Lanoguard treatment. 4 new Michelin PS4 tyres. New Renault sport floor mats.
Alignment - Hunter 4 wheel alignment set up.
Separately had the air con regassed and privacy glass tint on rear windows.
There are zero modifications, it is as OEM, in an ideal world i was going to have the front bumper repainted as it has a few stone chips, not bad but 18yrs old remember and the N/ S/ R wheel arch has a small scratch, inside there are no stains or rips, looks like new. All in i spent well over 4k on the car and was going to be a keeper for a bit of weekend fun but priorities have changed so seeking a sensible sale.
