Having spent its in entire life span in Tokyo, it has spent the last 10 of those years off the road and kept inside a dry insulated garage.
As a result it has thus far escaped the pearls of rust and corrosion.
So although his car is now 36 years old on paper, its chassis, structure and bodywork are only a few years old due to being kept in time warped condition.
